1) Inventory Management System(IMS):

Project Description:
IMS is an application​ ​used to monitor Trackers and parts as they are transported from a vendor to a warehouse, between
warehouse, and finally to a retail location or directly to a customer and is used for a variety of purposes.
Tracking inventory as it is transported between locations, Receiving Trackers into a warehouse or other location.
Picking, packing and shipping Trackers from a warehouse. Keeping track of Trackers sales and inventory levels.
Cutting down on Trackers obsolescence and spoilage. Avoiding missing out on sales due to out-of-stock situations.

2)Project: Tech-connect Application

Platform: Android
Project Description:
Tech-connect application is used to keep track of all the scheduled installations to be executed by the
TrackpointGPS technicians. Technicians have their individual login credentials to login into the application and
view the list of installations scheduled, pending or completed respectively. Using this application technicians
were able to complete the installation of tracker in customer vehicle.

3)Project: Customer Relationship Management(CRM)

Project Description:
CRM is an integrated management system focused on customers and prospective customers.CRM Software consolidated
customer information and documents into a single CRM database.CRM systems gave the customer-facing staff detailed
information such as customer's personal information, purchase history of trackers,vehicle status.

4)Project: Management Information System(MIS)

Project Description:
MIS​ is an information management system focused on sales and business management.MIS stores all sales related
information into a single MIS database. ​Business managers at all levels of the organization, from assistant managers
to executives, relied on reports generated from the system to help them evaluate their daily business activities or
problems that arise, make decisions, and track progress.

5) Project: matchpointGPS mobile Application(1.0 & 2.0)

Platform: Android & iOS

Project Description:
matchpointGPS mobile application provides tracking solutions to customers on the go. Customers having purchased
the tracker could login into their registered account with the help of mobile application and track their vehicles in
real-time.

6) Project: GPS Champs Application(2.0)

Platform: Android & iOS

Project Description:
GPS Champs Application is used to capture new Sales Order Entry into MIS. It was designed for quick and accurate
customer data gathering.

7) Project: MatchpointGPS Web Application(1.0 & 2.0)

Project Description:
MatchpointGPS web application provided tracking solutions to customers. Customers having purchased the tracker
could login into their registered account with the help of the web application and track their vehicles in real-time. It has
various other features like Replay route, Real time notification Alerts, Reports etc.

Project Description:
MatchpointGPS website is a website where user can view about the company and also purchase our product.

9) Project: Daily Work Management (DWM)


Project Description:
Daily Work Management application is a project been used to maintain the daily work of the internal bank employees.

● Understanding the Use cases, Business Requirements and preparing test objective.

● Analyzing the new requirements and change requests.

● Performing extensive Smoke testing before final deployment of build.

● Used Jira for defect raising and assigning task to the respective member.
