tine.
You may already know of the benefits of drinking lemon water first
thing in the morning. But to really supercharge our lifestyles, we
need to follow up that hydrating and alkalizing drink with a
concentrated dose of nutrients. Follow this up with a freshly
prepared green smoothie and you'll have executed a perfect

Step 1. Lemon Water

tems by consuming a tall glass of lemon water every morning.

Directions
Cut an organic lemon in half, take one half and cut it into quarters.
Do not juice the lemon but simply drop half the lemon into a jug (glass is
best) to sit overnight. When you wake up, strain the water and sip for 5-10
minutes.
Wait 15-20 minutes until you consume your morning smoothie.
