Gajos de manzana bañados en Chocolate

Chocolate covered apple slices.

10 Manzanas medianas

10 medium apples

1/2 kg cobertura de chocolate para derretir

½ kg .( half a kilogram) Chocolate covered to melt.

1 taza de mostacillas de colores y/o coco rallado

One cup of coloring round candies and/or shredded coconut.

Palitos para brochetas (palos de chupete)

Popsicle sticks

Preparación de las Manzanas

Directions to prepare the apples

Lavar bien las manzanas, cortarlas por la mitad y sacar las semillas.

Wash the apples, and cut them in half and push the seeds out.

Partirlas en gajos y colocarle los palitos de brochetas a cada uno.

Cut the apples into slices and putt he Popsicle sticks to each one.

Preparación del Chocolate

Directions to prepare the chocolate

Trozar la cobertura de chocolate en pequeños pedazos.

Chunk the covered chocolate into small pieces.

Colocarlos a baño maria, hasta disolverlos por completo.

Put them into a bain marie o water bath, until to dissolved them.
Meter cada gajo en el recipiente, dejar secar por unos segundos.

Put the Apple slice into the pot; leave them to dry for a few seconds.

Adornar con mostacillas o coco rallado.

Decorate the slices with coloring round candies or shredded coconut.

Dejar que las manzanas se enfríen y servir.

Leave the apples slice until get cold and serve them.
