 At Kasih Ibu Hospital, in room melati there is a pasient named Yunita, she had
fever for three day. Nurse Nanik come for check vital signs mrs. Yunita.

Nurse : Good morning mrs.

Patient : Good morning nurse.

Nurse : introduce my name is Nanik , on duty this day from 7 am until 2 pm. What is your
name mrs?

Patient : My name is Yunita nurse.

Nurse : Ok mrs Yunita, I came here to do a check your vital signs, before I check any question
mrs?

Patient : No nurse.

Nurse : Ok if not, I will start mrs.

Ptient : Yes nurse.

Nurse : I will start from checking your temperature, while waiting I will continue to check
your blood pressure mrs.

Patient : Yes nurse.

Nurse : Your blood pressure 120/80 mmHg mrs and your temperature 360 C.

Patient : Yes nurse.

Nurse : Then I will check your pulse and your breathing. Your pulse 80 x/minute and your
breathing 18 /minute mrs.

Patient : It that normal nurse?

Nurse : Your blood plessure, your temperature, your pulse, and your breathing everything is
normal mrs.

Patient : Ok nurse
Nurse :I am done check your vital signs, before I go back the nurse station any question?

Patient : No thank you nurse.

Nurse : Yes you are welcome mrs.
