First semester 2016/2017

Material

Management material is comprehensive and suited to the student’s level. The Material is
designed in a matter so that at the end of the semester, students would know the basics of the
four managerial functions.

Entrepreneurship: material is comprehensive and suited to the student’s level

Time Frame

The Time frame is well suited to the materials given.

Recommendations:

1. Omitting some of the leadership historical theories.

2. Replacing the organizational culture part in chapter 2, with a new chapter for
communication.
3. Students in HAA are participating the whole semester with no problems. but their marks are
quite bad.
4. Returning exams in Entrepreneurship because we noticed lack of concept
understanding. Which indicate that students did not pay much attention to our
guest speakers most of the time.
