I would first like to thank you for reading over my letter and considering me as an AT&T Retail
Sales Consultant. This position will have an important impact on my life, and I will make it my goal
to benefit this company as well.

My positive attitude and helpfulness has given me an upper hand in providing effective customer
service. I am a great listener, and I am always open to learning how to become better at my job.
Helping others motivates me to do well with any task I am assigned and to give everything I have
for the company.

My current position at Cottage Inn Pizza has helped me to develop many skills you are searching
for in your employees. Answering phone calls and directly talking to customers has given me
experience with customer service, and taking part in the volunteer program called Key Club at
South Lyon High School has helped me interact with my community. I very much enjoy meeting
the needs of others.

I wish to continue pursuing my desire for helping others with this position at AT&T. I would love to
