General Return Policy

We hope you enjoy our products at Natural by Nature Beauty LLC. If

you are unsatisfied with our product(s) you have purchased or receive in
the mail, we are more than glad to refund you or make an exchange at no
additional cost. Our general return policy however is 30 days, as our
products are homemade and have a specific shelf life before they are
unable to be used or re-sold.

It is the customers responsibility to request the return however, but we

will provide the shipping label and tracking for the product. If it is
Natural by Nature LLC’s fault in sending the wrong product, the
customer may either keep the product or return it back to us, and we will
send them the correct product at an expedite rate for free to make up for
our mistake.

Due to the quality of the products and its natural oils, items must be in
good standing before considered to be returned or exchanged. Items that
are returned or exchanged must be in “new” condition in the original
packaging, including the receipt of the original purchase. Once a product
is opened or used, it is implied acceptance of the product. A quick
written explanation on how our product didn’t fulfill your expectations
is greatly appreciated. Our company looks forward to receiving your
