General Warranty

Natural by Nature Beauty, LLC. brand products provide warranty against defective
packaging of products. In the event of defective packaging, it is your responsibility
to return the product within the 30 days of the original purchase. Once your
package is received, replacements will take about 2-3 business days then will be
sent back out. As stated in our general policy, we will send you the correct product
at an expedite rate for free to make up for the mistake.
