QUALITY MANAGEMENT PROCESS

We would like to inform you about the quality management process in education. As
you know, E- space has just promoted the E-learning platform widely to improve its
quality in teaching as well as learning.

The quality management department is established to manage E-space teachers and its
students as well. This department will review all classroom records on the day after. If
any problems occur during the lessons, this department will find out the causes of the
issues and help you resolve them as soon as possible. Besides, you have to know how
to use the E-space platform properly. Please read all the instruction related to the
documents carefully.
With regard to evaluating the students’ levels of English proficiency, there are two
parts:
1. Online lesson: The learner has a trial lesson with you. You have to apply the trial
class guideline to assess the student’s levels and recommend the most appropriate
books for them.
2. Multiple test (optional): There is the multiple test which is available on the website.
The students access to their personal homepage and complete the test.
The quality management department has the responsibility to assume and review the
test results before they are reported to the learners.
