On Monday, I usually get up at 6.00 am. I take a shower at 6.10 am. Then, I
get dressed at 6.35 am. I have breakfast at 6.45 am. and I brush my teeth at
6.55 am. I go to work at 7.05 am. At noon, I have lunch at 12.30 pm. with my
co-workers. Later, I go back to work at 2.00 pm. When I finish work, I go home
at 6.00 pm. I arrive there at 7.00 pm. I have dinner at 7.15 pm. Then, from
7.30 to 9.00 pm. I watch TV. Finally, I brush my teeth at 9.15 pm. and I go to
bed at 9.30 pm.

 On Monday through Friday I wake up at 5:30 am I lay my bed and at 5:40 am
I take a bath, at 5:50 am I get out of the shower and get dressed, at 6:00 am
I prepare my breakfast, at 6:30 am I finish breakfast. 6:40 a.m I comb my hair
and pick up my things to go to study. at 6:50 am I'm leaving my house to wait
for the route, at 7:00 I take the route to go to study, at 7:20 I arrive and I hope
it is 7:30 to enter the technopark, 8: 00 am I start clse until 10:00 am I go to
recess until 10:30 am that I return to class, at 12:30 pm I go out to wait for my
shift for lunch, at 1:30 pm I go back to class. 3:00 p.m I go to the second
recess until 3:30 p.m. at 5:00 p.m. the classes are finished and at 5:30 p.m. I
arrive at the house, at 6:00 p.m I start doing work until 8 p.m. : 00 p.m dinner
to finish work that has not been done. at 9:00 p.m I prepare the previous day
and at 10: I go to sleep

To record the audio, please follow the next steps:

 Search for the sound recorder in your computer.
 Start the recording.
 When you finish your recording, save the audio file in your computer.

Stage 3: Submitting my evidence / Etapa 3: Envío de mi evidencia

How to upload my files? / ¿Cómo subir mis archivos?

When you finish your work, send the files to your instructor through the platform as
follows:

1. Click on the title of this evidence.

2. Click on Examinar mi equipo and look for the files in your computer. Make sure
the files are attached.
3. Leave a comment for the instructor (optional).
4. Click Enviar.

Important: The platform will only allow you to submit your files once. Please, make
sure you upload the two (2) recordings when submitting your evidence.

Una vez finalice la evidencia envíe al instructor los archivos a través de la

plataforma, así:

1. Dé clic en el título de esta evidencia.

2. Dé clic en el enlace Examinar mi equipo y busque los archivos en su computador.
Asegúrese de adjuntar los archivos.
3. Escriba algún comentario si lo considera pertinente.
4. Dé clic en Enviar.

Importante: la plataforma solo le permitirá hacer un envío de las evidencias. Por

favor asegúrese de adjuntar los dos (2) archivos durante la entrega.
