You are on page 1of 6

Thank you for the purchase of this template. Hope you’ll have a great project!

Let’s get started!

1) Photo/Video Placement
There is two type of photo to put. First, the main photos and second’s the Background photos
or BG photos.

Just go to Project panel. There you will find the two folder for both type of photo.

Put all your photo or video in all the comps.

2) Text Placement
Do the same with texts. Once you type your texts you can straghtly change the colors according
to your needs.
3) Dust Color and Position
The colorful dust splash was shot using a colored flour. :) You can adjust the color individually that suits
to your desire and to the photo it overlays on.

All the footage was put on top of the photos in in seperate scenes. After you have chosen and place all
the photos, you can adjust the layout and colors in this comps...

Open all the comps 1 by 1 to see if you

want it as pre-composed by me or change some.

Select dust layer and move the position freely.

then to change color, select it and the go to Effect controls tab. If you can’t find it, just go to
Window>Effect Control.

then look for the Hue & Saturation effect.

Adjust the hue..

If you want to adjust only one color channel like Reds.. you can select it fron this drop down menu..
then you can change only the reds one. (but remember it picks the original color from the footage
meaning if you want to see it you must make the Master hue value 0. just to see which part is
originally reds).
3) Timeline adjusting.
If you want to just follow the original timing of this template then you should’t change this.. but if you
want to adjust the timing to your project requirement then here is how.
Open “All Scenes” from project panel..

When you open it you will see all the scenes there. The timing of each scenes is controls by a Nulls.
There is IN null and OUT null. In null controls the move in animation and OUT null is controlling
the move out animation.

each scenes is diffrentiate by colors.

FOR EXAMPLE if you want the scene 3 to stay on screen a bit longer....
select Scene 3 OUT and Photo BG of the same colors, for this select Photo BG 3 and Photo BG 4...

then move them together further to the right of the timeline... (to whatvere timing you wish)
and you must also make sure the Scene 3 layer is not cut half way... take your mouse pointer to the
edge of its cut and drag it untill go beyond the OUT layer a little bit...

After you make that kind of adjustment you must drag all the other layers above the scene 3 group
Much further beyond the scene 3 group...

Just put them a a little further to the right of the Scene 3 Out... You must preview the video in order to
know where or when the Scene 4 and the rest should comes in after the scene 3 just go OUT. :D

That is basically it. I wish you luck!
