1) What does your work on the signature assignment illustrate about you as a learner?

I chose what I feel my best work was as my signature assignment. The

assignment I chose to reflect on is the unit 3 discussion about personality tests in my

Psychology 1010 class. This was one of the last two discussions that I completed. I feel

that this best illustrates me as a learner because I was able to put all of my knowledge

taken from this class into this discussion. Not only was this the last discussion of this

class, but it was my last discussion of my associates degree at salt lake community

college. I have always felt that I do my best work towards the end of the semester. It

makes such a difference to me because I feel like I can actually grasp the subject. In

this assignment we took a series of personality tests and answered questions about if

we felt the tests accurately represented our personality. We then made connections

between the online personality tests and our textbook.

I gave my very best while I was participating in this discussion. I went into more

depth in this discussion that I had done in my previous work in this class. Although I did

give my best in other assignments from this class I felt that i had the most interest in this

module. This is why this discussion felt like my best work. When I am interested in

something I can really excel in that subject. School and studying are hard for me when I

don’t find any interest in what I am trying to learn. I really liked this class because it

provided me with tools and information I can use in my future career, with my future

kids, and other aspects of my life. Especially this module of personality. Personality is

something we see from people every day. I loved to learn about it and write this
discussion about it. Making connections between the real world and the information

from our textbook was very interesting. All in all, I hope you enjoy my psychology 1010

page, and especially my signature assignment as much as I do.
