 I´m Luis vicente, I´m 24 years old and I consider myself a fliendly person.

 I´m studying managment

 I chose that major because I like to work with people, to achieve important things. In
the future I would like to start my own Company.
 Yes I do, I worked as a waiter seven years ago and also as an accounting assistant.
 “ customer satisfaction” as the high level of the person”s compliance when they make
a purchase or use a service.
 I think I´m a good candidate because I like challenges, I ´m good working under
pressure and because I´m always ready to learn more and more.
 I´m stying at afternoons and I think I can work all the mornings.
 First of all, keep calm, I have to listen him or her carefully and propose some solution
alternatives for their problems.
 I would explain in detail what we offer and try to convince him or her that these are
the best alternatives.
 My greatest achievement was belong to RSC, I applied for that program at ESAN
university and I could pass, I was good for me bacause not everyone can enter to that
program
 Well, it´s a Little hard but I can deal with that, because I like to live new experiences.
 I don´t like summer very much but I can deal with everything.
