175 MECHANIC ST APT 1
LEOMINSTER, MA 01453-5724 01/30/2013
Dear Participant:
As a result of your Thrift Savings Plan (TSP) financial hardship withdrawal, you are not entitled to
make any regular or catch-up employee contributions to your TSP account. You are eligible to resume
contributions on the date shown below. To do so, you must complete Form TSP-1, Election Form, for
regular contributions and Form TSP-1-C, Catch-Up Contribution Election, for catch-up contributions (both
are available from your agency or the TSP website). You must also present this notice to your agency to
allow your agency to resume your contributions.
If you are covered by FERS (or an equivalent retirement system) and you do not resume your
contributions at that time, you can change the allocation of your Agency Automatic (1%) Contributions by
accessing the TSP website, by calling the Thriftline, or by submitting Form TSP-50.
If you have questions, call the toll-free ThriftLine at 1-877-968-3778. Callers outside the United
States and Canada should call 404-233-4400 (not a toll-free number). The TSP's hours are Monday through
Friday, 7 a.m. to 9 p.m., Eastern time. You can also write to the TSP. Please include your daytime
telephone number and TSP account number (or your Social Security number) on all correspondence so that
we can identify your account. Note: If you are a member of the uniformed services, do not provide your
Defense Switched Network (DSN) telephone number.
