INTRODUCTION:
Hydraulic Base manual Oil charging pump is specially design and and
constructed for charging oil during operation and pressurized system
without any shutdown or production loss.

Oil charging pump is useful for domestic as well as commercial units

also have capacity of 10 liter bucket for storage of oil and approximate
100ml charging in one puff.

It’s easy to move and simple to use with the help of single person
without any other source for operational of unit.

Extremely use with safe and fitted double device for back pressure
control and pressure release valve.

OPERATIONAL INSTRUCTION:

STEP # 1
Check tool box equipped with all necessary tools and
charging ports and oil container is empty from oil then move pump to
location where need to charge oil.

STEP # 2
Filled the oil with the help of qeef at oil charging port and
see oil level gauge as shows full its means 10 liter oil is store in
container.

STEP # 3
Remove the oil charging port from tool box and fix at oil
discharge port its easy because quick coupler are installed at both ends
of charging port. Also remove handle and fix at handle base.
Causion: handle is fixed properly.

STEP # 4
Start puffing until charging line is filled with oil and air ware
removed, then connect other side of charging port to filling point,
different fittings are available in tool box for copper fitting and
standard fittings. When fixed charging line properly to other port
where needed to charge oil then Start oil charging and parallel check
oil level gauge as oil is not cross limit of low level, if oil level is near low
level stop charging and filled the oil in container.
