It will be observed that in the Vicinity of Gate 2 (please refer to attached sketch) are found to have mixed

entry points meaning, aside from employee’s entry (private vehicles of employees for drop off and
official DCWD vehicles), supplier’s delivery and catering services passage are also permitted. This will be
revised.

Gate 2 will be for the exclusive entry of employees and officers of DCWD, only DCWD official vehicles and
private vehicles with designated parking area will be allowed to enter the premises. A designated drop
off area is provided to address private vehicles unloading or dropping off an employee.

DCWD official vehicles will be provided with 4 designated areas for loading and unloading purposes with
a maximum of 30 minutes waiting time.

Gate 2 (pedestrian) and the Pedestrian Gate fronting Mac Arthur Highway, will be a No ID, No Entry
control for employees. ID shall either be an Official DCWD ID duly signed by the GM or the Citizens
Charter ID, Presented or worn.

Supplier’s Delivery and catering services will be directed to Gate 1 (the Customer’s and Visitor’s Gate).

All these measures are for the present scenario while the steel parking building is under construction.

Subject: Matina Main Office Security Adjustment.No. 1

Effective May 02, 2019, The following security Adjustment for the Matina Main Office will be
implemented :

1. Supplier’s Delivery and catering service vehicles will not be allowed to enter the premises,
instead will be directed to the drop off area where the unloading will take place and inspection
will proceed at the pedestrian gate 2 upon entering and leaving the premises.

2. Only DCWD official vehicles and private vehicles with designated parking area will be allowed to
enter the premises passing Gate 2.

3. DCWD official vehicles will be provided with 4 designated areas for loading and unloading
purposes with a maximum of 30 minutes waiting time.

4. Pedestrian Gate 2 and the Pedestrian Gate fronting Mac Arthur Highway, will be a No ID, No
Entry control for employees. ID shall either be an Official DCWD ID duly signed by the GM or the
Citizens Charter ID, Presented or worn.
