It is an American company founded in September 1998 whose product Main is a

search engine. The term is often used synonymously with This search engine is
the most used in the world.

This product is consumed daily countless times speculative expressions is

estimated that about Google registers more of millions of searches a day which
means that much of the daily world population becoming apparent demand
services optimal, efficient and effective methods and processes administrative
organization to evolve exponentially as it has done since its beginnings to date.

For Google, is a model of human resource management very commented and in

my opinion the most widespread posed by innovations, Google is one of the
most outstanding companies for their qualified employees, The working
environment is so friendly and relaxed to go to work no longer a load and
becomes an expected time, efficiency and innovations his collaborators, Google
has made a fun work environment, stimulating and creative.

In conclusion, there is no doubt that the kind of resources and specialized talents
Google searching and recruiting requires differential treatment to which
generally we are not used in limeñas companies. For this Google makes more
than justified emphasis on the treatment and conditions of this staff, making
the work environment what many of us would a paradise.

By understanding that the productive capacity of individuals is an important factor

in the equation of the results of a company, Google has implemented
remarkably innovative practices to maximize the potential of their employees.
Google bet these practices to investment in human capital success as an
element of its development strategy and of course, in his economic growth.
