1. After finishing the data, I was very surprised. Many of my students are struggling with
their math problems. I had more 60s and below 50s than 90s and 100s. Out of the three
topics they are equally struggling in subtraction and division. Addition I have some that
are struggling but not as severe as the others.
Seeing the average of the students which is 67% shows that I should either change my
teaching approach or spend more time on this topic. One idea is giving them problems to
work on as a warmup. As they continue to work they could perfect or stay the same. If
this idea does not work, I would like to offer a group tutoring session to those that are
still struggling. With the extra support I hope that if I were to give them a quiz similar
and the scores change.

2. Juan is the only student who received a 100% on his quiz. Seeing this he does not need
much help from me, but I will continue giving him problems, so he will not forget. Cody
received a 93% on his quiz. He had only missed one question which a great job. The one
question he missed was an addition problem. Though the others right I should continue to
give him addition problems to ensure that he truly understands. Hugh, Jack, and Jamal all
received the same grade of an 80%. Though they had received the same they did not get
the same question wrong. Seeing their grade, it is a low B and passing but they are
struggling. I would again need to analyze which areas they need help with and give them
example questions.

3. Luke is the first I saw that needs extra support. He received a 40% on his quiz and
struggles in all areas of the quiz. For him I would pay extra care to ensure that he will
understanding. One idea is pulling him aside to work one on one with me, so I can see
where he struggles. Sarah received a 47% on her quiz. Like Luke I would use similar
ideas to ensure that she will pass on next quiz and understand the topics. Patrick, Nathan,
Molly, and Claire all had received 53% on their quizzes. Like Luke and Sarah I need to
take extra time to ensure that they will understand the topics.
