SUMMARY OF PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT

1. Erection of covered shelter to the existing carpark lots and connection walkways using aluminium
honeycomb panel. (this construction works do not involve additional floor area, GFA)
2. Re-marked (re-painting) existing carpark lots.
(existing carpark lots quantity, positioning, location etc. all remain and unchanged)
3. Removed some existing lamppost and provision LED light for the new erection of covered shelters
and walkways.
4. Provision sprinkler point for the new erection of covered shelters.
