Reflection

While doing the strategic communications plan, not only did my team benefit, but

so did I. Working as a team for this project was an eye opener for me, since most of my

homework for other classes are individual work. Working with my group and assigning

different roles and in making sure everything was fair was awesome. As time went by,

our group felt comfortable enough with each other to bring up personal concerns with

the group. Our assignment, the Strategic Communications Plan, was a good way to

make out goals, and to envision the outcome we wanted. In out plan, we talked a lot

about the importance of teamwork, which made it easy to talk about since we ourselves,

were a team who knew the importance of working and communicating together. This

assignment set us up for three mediums in which we got to teach others about a

concept in business communications.
