Every  product  mix  report  can  be  set  for  a  specific  time  frame,  specific  station,  or  specific  employee.  
There  is  an  option  to  include  or  exclude  open  orders,  unpaid  orders,  irregular  orders,  and  also  to  show  a  
modifier  mix  report  at  the  bottom  of  the  web  page.  
As  far  exports,  underneath  the  blue  bar,  you  have  six  export  options  or  you  can  simply  print  the  page.  

 
The  pie  chart  only  shows  the  top  ten  products,  either  by  product  profit  or  by  quantity  sold.  Because  most  
clients  sell  more  than  just  ten  products,  there  will  be  a  large  portion  of  the  Top  10  Quantity  Sold  that  is  
assigned  to  Other,  which  makes  up  for  the  other  products  sold.  

 
Next,  you’ll  want  to  set  up  what  options  you  want  to  see  in  the  Product  Mix  itemized  report.    Once  
selected,  click  the  blue  disc  on  the  top  right  of  this  image.    

Then  you’ll  see  the  breakdown  of  what  you  sold  for  the  given  timeframe  selected.
