The rights to any audio that is recorded will be owned by the producer Bradley Smith and will be broadcast on the radio as well as published online. By signing this contract you understand that you won’ own or have any say over the content that is recorded on the at_-i5 inthe Neale Wade Academy Radio Studio. And by Signing this you understand that copie wil be made and that your name might be used for evidence or promotional materials. 4, Security and Risks The collage and the Director, Bradley Smith, do not take any blame for any loss of items that is brought onto the premises and used in the studio, anything that you bring is your own responsibilty. Any claims made against the collage won't be viable you accept any responsibilty to any injuries that are made to your person as well as others. Also as part of the production you understand that any damages to the equipment, will be partly your fault and you may be charged for any breakages etc. The college will not provide any security and therefore anything or anyone that you bring with you for the recording will be your reasonability and should oblige by the rules and jaws. Furthermore the producer Bradley Smith is not responsible for any allergic reactions or ines that occurs from food consumed on the radio show. 5. Termination of the contract In the event that you the speaker/guest breaks any of the terms and conkitions of this legal agreement between you___B and the producer Bradley Smith and the school. The producer reserves the right to terminate this agreement without the liability and they reserve the right to change the agreement at any time.
