Circle, PWD B&R Br., Bathinda (Member) Sangrur (Convener) The committee reviewed the rates of C.S.R-2010. All the present members felt that the rates of CS.R- 2010 are not workable. Most of the tenders received in the various departments too much higher then the C.S.R. rates. Rates for various quarry material, bricks, steel, cement recommended by the Sub Committee formed by the Zonal Committee were discussed in detail. The rates recommended by the Sub Committee was approved Unanimously. Other aspects in steep rise in prices due to rise in labour rates, rise in rates of POL and other construction material were also discussed. Afier detailed discussion and deliberations, committee decided to fixe the ceiling premium on various chapters of C.S.R.-2010 for Zone-A (plains) as under. ‘These shall be deemed to have taken effect from the next day of the date of issue.
