The Personal Change Report assignment was really helpful I learned a lot by doing this

assignment and I plan on using the strategies and concept’s that I learned from doing this

assignment and implement them in my everyday life. one of things that I learned was how to

keep a journal which something that I always wanted to do but I never really had the time and by

doing this assignment it kind of pushed to get a journal and start writing and I'm thankful for

that. And now writing a journal is something that I plan on using in the future. As far as

connecting to my other course's, this class actually connects with all my other general classes

that I’m currently taking here at Salt lake community college. I'm currently taking 5 other

communications classes this semester. but I must admit it's one of the most informative

one ,which is good, because I have learned so much materials. Materials that I plan on using the

rest of my life, so overall, I’m glad I took this class.
