What is the main subject/argument here?

That though the Trump Star is being vandalized, it should stay on the Walk of Fame. The author

argues that removing it would cause incentive for vandalizing other stars. Having a star on the

Walk of Fame does not mean you are good or beloved, it is just a landmark offering koodos to

different celebrity’s. Fame is often given to people who don’t deserve it

Why was this piece written? (purpose)

Though we don’t all agree that celebrities like Trump deserve a star, the stars should be

vandalized and more importantly removing the stars will just encourage vandalizing other ones.

The most important thing is the public must understand that fame does not equal goodness.
