from the storeroom to the other part of the factory, intending to take it out of the
factory after work. As the investigator, explain whether Koo Mang has committed
theft. What is the proof of theft in this case?

 He still yet not committing the theft but he has a mens rea of committing a
theft since he is dishonestly intended of taking out that box full with
rubber gloves out of the factory after work without consent of his superior
or any authorizations to approve his action is an indicator of him having an
intention to commit a theft.

company from the storeroom to another part of the factory is an actus reus
to show and confirm his mens rea. When there is an occurrence of actus
reus and mens rea shown by Koo Mang leads to his commit to theft.

2. Meeang, aged 10, went shopping with her mother at Gedung Departmental store.
She took a t-shirt which she liked and tried it on for size. She did not take it off
afterwards but wore it inside her clothes and carried on shopping in the store. As
she and her mother were leaving the store they were stopped by the store
detective. Has Meeang committed any theft? What is the evidence of theft?

 Yes, Mee Ang has committed a theft even if she is 10 years old because
she is capable of thinking which is right and wrong when she hides it
inside her clothes is the fact that she is dishonest towards her action
without any consent of anyone’s or any transaction wasn’t there.

The actus reus is she wore it underneath her clothes while she carried on
shopping in the store as if nothing is happen
