    Requirements to Obtain Certificate Authorizing Registration (CAR) Status

    1. Notarized Deed of Absolute Sale


    2. Capital Gains Tax Return
    3. Documentary Stamp tax Return
    4. Official Receipt/Deposit Slip and duly validated returns as proof of payment
    5. Photocopy of shares of stock
    6. Proof of Payment (Acknowledgement Receipt/Official Receipt)for the Selling price
    appearing in the Deed of Absolute Sale
    7. Photocopy of Latest Audited Financial Statements
