services by air, sea and land.

2. To carry on the business of travelling agent for booing and reserving accommodations, seats,
berths, compartments, coups, complete bogies on airways, motor ships, motor boats,
airplanes, steamships, motor bus and omnibuses, act as general sales agent for airlines
and/or ships and authorized railway ticket booking agent, ship booking agent, authorized
airlines ticket booking agent, representatives of other travelling agencies, to engage in
passenger yachts and boats rental, cruise liner services, visa services and assistance,
destination management and handle events and entertainment shows management and
conduct sporting and recreational activities.

3. To carry on the business of hotel management and consultancy and operation of and
ownership of hotels, hotel apartment, restaurant and camping sites, floating restaurant,
resorts and guest houses both in India and at aborad.

4. To carry on the business of ticketing agency for airlines, railways, ships, cruisers and other
transportation mediums, travel aided services like visa consultancy, passport consultancy,
and other services to enable travel overseas.

5. To carry on the business of tourist cab operator, omni bus services and other modes of
transports, tourism services like providing ticketing, room bookings, boarding and lodging.
