To whom it may concern,

My name is Aida and I am one of Blossum’s managers at Panda Express. Although I have
only known Blossum a few short months, her character and actions stand behind her strong
integrity in the workplace. I can only imagine it stands true in her schooling and personal life as
well. She approaches every shift with such a driven, can-do attitude in her intent to excel. They
say how one does one thing is how they do everything. This is best exemplified in Blossum’s
work ethic. She is always on time, she tackles every task with high intensity and determination,
she is consistently professional with guests and her peers and she is always doing something to
contribute to a smooth shift.
Blossum takes her job seriously, and as a student, that is a less than common attribute. Her
commitment ensures I can rely on her to be one of our top performers on shift and without
knowing Blossum outside of work, I am confident she carries herself similarly in other areas of
her life. What is most heartwarming is that Blossum is a very quiet employee, until it comes time
to work together with peers. She packs a powerful punch for such an introvert and makes quite
the impact on her work environment independently, and as part of the team.
I am beyond grateful for having the opportunity to work with Blossum. She is a smart young
lady with massive potential to accomplish whatever she aims herself towards. I look forward to
seeing her continuously grow and thrive in her time here at Panda Express and in her career
