Edulastic Modeling
Please complete the following based on the Edulastic activity modeled on 3/29/19

How did the instruction and learning experiences in today’s lesson encourage your
students to think about content in a deeper and/or more critical way? *
The students have to look at both passages and analyze them to answer the question. They
have to closely read not only the texts but the questions as well. Questions were also going
to be presented in multiple ways.

How do you plan to incorporate elements similar to those modeled today within your future
instruction? Be speci c. *
I plan to select standards that we are working on to assign Edulastic questions and tasks to
students. Based upon those results, I will use this for guided groups as well as a shared
reading format. Edulastic can also help with test taking skills and to help students become
familiar with strategies for the test.

What questions do you have after seeing this lesson? What support wi you need going
forward? *
The support I will need going forward is to make sure that I am using Edulastic effectively by
picking appropriate question types. I also may need help navigating the site and all it has to
offer.

This will be a great addition to instruction in the classroom. Skills are easily accessible and
students can have a no pressure mentality when working on Edulastic.
