WOLVES CAN DECEIVE

THE LAST DAY – John 6:44 (45)

“No man can come to me, except the Father which hath sent me draw him: and
I will raise him up at the last day.”

This is repeated four times: John 6:39, 40,44, 50. They can come if they believe.
Not MAN MADE drawn to him. They have to believe. (45) Tells us they have
learned of the Father. Learned means they submit. Ephesians 5:22 tells us one
will submit willingly to the loving person in the Lord. You don’t invite Christ into
your life, you receive Him because you want to learn all there is of him.

In verse John 6:44, we see the FATHER, the HOLY SPIRIT who draws us, and
JESUS CHRIST, who will raise us up at the last day. 1 Thessalonians 4:16 tells us
that the dead in Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive and remain shall
be caught up together. This is on the ‘last day.’ There’s only one resurrection of
believers. A great apostasy (forsake-Acts 21:21, same word) occurs first that
causes many to fall from truth: 2 Thessalonians 2:7.

The last day tells us there’s only one resurrection of believers. As in the days of
Noah, some taken, some left. The ones left died in the flood: Jesus said the ones
left the vultures (eagles) eat. Luke 17:37. Jesus says to endure till the end (Mark
13:13) and in Revelation we are told to be the overcomers of fables/false
teachers. 2 Timothy 43, :4/2 Peter 2:1.

2 Peter 1:19; “Wherefore the rather, brethren, give diligence to make your
calling and election sure: for if ye do these things, ye shall never fall: You are the
elect if you are born again in Christ. The elect are spiritual Israel. It has nothing
to do with any country, blood line or special nation to be God’s elect. Romans
2:28, 29/Galatians 6:16.

Matthew 24:39; “And knew not until the flood came and took them all away; So
shall also the coming of the son of man be.”

Wolves will keep you eating and drinking and going about your lives but Jesus
will come and ‘they knew it not.’ They missed him the first time also.
