Mr. Scott Kornberg:

I am interested in the Media Relations and Broadcasting Assistant position

with the Myrtle Beach Pelicans. I believe I possess the necessary skills and
experience you are seeking and would make a valuable addition to the
company.

As my resume indicates, I possess more than 3 years of progressive

experience in the broadcasting field. My professional history includes
positions such as studio engineer with the Chicago Cubs as well as the
Media Relations Director and Play-by-Play Broadcaster for the Johnson
City Cardinals (St. Louis Cardinals Affiliate).

Most recently, my responsibilities with the Johnson City Cardinals

included broadcasting all 73 home and away baseball games, while writing
and publishing game recaps, creating and distributing stat packs with game
notes, and a numerous amount of other responsibilities (including tarp
pulls). For the Chicago Cubs, I have been the on-sight studio engineer and
producer for each and every Spring Training game in the Cactus League
for the past two seasons. In addition to producing and engineering for the
Cubs, I also produce all of the commercial as well as pre and post-game
segments. I am proficient in using multiple audio software’s including
Pro-Tools and Audition. My managers rely on me to be a perfectionist no
matter the circumstances, I am punctual, and am always ready to learn new
things.

I have attached my resume as well as numerous examples of my work for

your review, and I look forward to further speaking with you regarding the
available position.
