To Whom It May Concern:

This is to verify that Jaydian Hobbs, is in the process of completing the final course work
for the Elementary Teacher Education Program at the University of Utah. It is also
required that the student takes and submit passing scores for the Praxis II- Elementary
Education: Multiple Subjects (5001) test.

Upon successful completion of Spring 2019 courses and Praxis II tests, we will
recommend Jaydian, for a Utah Level I Elementary k-6 Teaching License to the Utah
State Board of Education. This student has also completed the coursework necessary for
the ESL endorsement. This student is on track to meet these criteria by the end of the
semester.

As is standard, due to the length of time required for processing the certification
paperwork (i.e., grades posting for spring semester and processing through the State
Board), notification regarding credentialing status takes place several weeks following
the semester during which an applicant submitted the necessary materials.
