Challenge:
Histrocially, Cyient AB, Sweden was able to showcase the evidence of insurance coverage to our
associates locally during their assignment,
1. Pension insurance with Collectum
2. TFA (No-Fault Liability Occupational Industry Insurance) & Trygghetsrådet (The job security
council) with FORA
3. TGL (Group Life Insurance) with SEB
4. Pension Insurance: COC, EDLI

From year 2014-15 no records were maintaind on the insurance, Collectum insurances was not renewed
and maintained for associates in Sweden. This has been identified when we outsourced the work permit
filing to external agents in absence of local staff in Sweden office, we have identified external payroll
provider who can maintain the records for Cyient going forward, its highely imperative we inform the
Union on the current situation. Union has agreed principally and to give their opinion to Migration
board. Migration board is requesting for a written approval from the Union to proceed and file the case.

Veronique is following with Union on the written confirmation to proceed ahead filing the application
with Migration Board.
