Happy May everyone!

Many thanks for all of the love and gifts you showered us with for teacher appreciation. We are
grateful and blessed to be surrounded by such amazing support and kindness. It is hard to believe that we only have a
few weeks left of school. What a privilege and pleasure it has been getting to know each of you.

This month we will wrap things up with our units on the season of summer and Mother’s Day. We are looking forward
to our Mother’s Day Tea on Wednesday, May 8th at 11am (no lunch bunch). The students have been busy making top
secret surprises for you. Our Splash Pad schedule is a bit varied this month as all of our end of the year picnics are held
there. Please see the calendar for the dates we will be able to go. Our end of the year picnic and last water play day will
be on Monday, May 20th. Many thanks to Jill Haire and Rachel DeLaune for volunteering with this party. Thursday, May
23rd will be the last day of school for this class.

Thanks for sharing your beloved children with us. We wish you each a happy and healthy summer and look forward to
seeing some of you at Camp MECE!
