I can’t say when or where first started but I can say where it was happening in Guadalajara.
Most of the Guadalajara polices and others were under drug Cartels payroll. In the 70s or 80s the
federal security directorate I kind of like the CIA but I’m Mexico, So basically If the CIA needed
shit done in Mexico, the DFS did it. So like tapping phone, watching the Soviet and Cuban
diplomats, so pretty much keeping everything on Check. Having a DFS badge was a license to
extort, murder, trafficking most likely do anything you want.
Mostly Mexico is corruption I mean everywhere in the world is corruption but we don’t
see it in society. I’m saying the reasons why the government and polices were under their pay roll
is that humans love money and big numbers they were getting and some still do it. We can pay
police more but it’s not going to make a different we as the people still going to do it. Mexico is
so corruption runs through every sector of society and based on bribery. Judge are regularly bribed
and even police are corrupted working directly with drug cartels. Police are the most corrupt
institution in the country.
The police is corrupt so bad, that in 2014 a large number of Mexican police were implicated
in the kidnapping and murdered by a drug gang. “The charges against him are the most serious

admitted to get paid for bribes to public officials, so corruption are not all mostly of drugs cartel
but business are doing business are doing the same thing like the bribery aisle how Walmart got
its way in Mexico.
What can this relate to all this is that sometimes we have to do thing that we don’t like but
we all have ordered that we have to follow. Because if we don’t do it someone else going to do it,
it’s not going to make a difference. Let me give you a explain, drugs dealer are like cockroaches
you can step on them, poison them, you can set them on fire but they always come back, usually
stronger then ever. So what can you learn from this, is that nothing in life is fair.
