All- League award for soccer. This award is given to the 11 best players in the league. Coaches
around the league recommended players for this award.

Why did you choose this as one of your artifacts?

I chose this artifact because it show my hard work and dedication toward soccer and my team. It
was also an achievement to be proud of.

How did your experience with this artifact change or impact you?
This experience made me realize that my hard work on the field paid and off and showed the other
coaches that I am a dedicated player.

Did you see growth in your targeted soft skills through the course of working on this artifact?
Explain.
Yes because communication is a key factor in participating in a sports team. Without
communication it is hard to reach a common goal among your team.

Communication will be used in the career im interested in because without communication I won’t
be able to solve the intended issue that I need to as a Social Worker.
