SCOPE AND LIMITATION OF THE STUDY

This Grades Evaluation System Is developed for Bacolod City College (Fortune Towne
Campus). It is the most effective and efficient way evaluating grades of students that a school
can use. The study covers the recoding the student’s information and analysing its subjects to be
taken in a perspective semester. Proponents, design and develop a module that will handle the
students records including: grades, subject taken and those subjects that have not yet. This will
contains the recording /evaluating students grades analysing the results whether the students can
take the subjects to be taken next semester depending on the new curriculum, this will identify
those pre-requisite subjects. It will display the grades together with the perspective subjects, it
will analyse the entered data, then it will display the results needed. This will generate report
which is necessary in order to students to monitor the information they needed.

The Grades Evaluation System is exclusive only for students. This project will develop a system
to monitor and evaluate the student’s grades specifically for Bacolod City College (Fortune
Towne Campus) only to promote improvement and proper processing of the students information
through the system.
