During the time I worked with Mrs. Stafford, she demonstrated the skills we seek in master classroom teachers. She was hardworking, compassionate, and had a large skill set to draw from when working with struggling students. Ashley was extremely organized and wrote detailed lesson plans to help ensure growth of all children entrusted in her care from above average students to students who needed deep intervention. She always attended team planning and would share her ideas with her peers. She would seek out staff development opportunities to improve both her and her students” performance in the classroom, ‘Mrs. Stafford is a seasoned teacher who would bring experience and expertise to any campus. When ‘Mrs. Stafford moved from Texas, it was a loss for our campus. I would recommend her for any teaching position without hesitation.
