DUCKS: Our duck eggs arrived and are safely ensconced in their incubator. While we have seven eggs,
three have cracks so we are sending good thoughts their way! They are due to hatch around May 6th.

TALENT SHOW: Audition try-out slips will be sent home by Tuesday.

AR: I am really proud of kids staying on top of their reading this quarter! If students are reading books at
their level daily, they will be able to reach their goal. Students are really on top of it this quarter!

DEMIN AND PEARLS FUNDRAISER: WOW! I was able to attend the auction and it was amazing! Our
class art went to Maiya’s grandmother. I must admit, the picture was adorable. How wouldn’t it be with
all those little cuties!!!

DRAWING CONTEST: Congratulations to Alyse Parry! She was the winner of our spring art contest,
bringing home a giant chocolate bunny!
