POSITION : Head of Finance (of SVIN, an independent company)

A sister concern of Bosch India.

MAJOR
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Primary responsibility of managing the Company's

finances, including financial planning, management of
financial risks, record-keeping, and financial reporting.
(like a Mini CFO of small, start up like company)

Partnering with the Head of Business to assist in Business

growth (Top line, Bottom line and Free cash flow)

1. Accounting function and preparation of all financial

statements including Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss
Statement.
2. Companies Act procedures & documentation,
including ROC returns, Shareholders meeting etc.
3. Banking & treasury management including Fund
management & liasioning with Banks for credit lines.
4. Receivables, Payables, Fixed Assets accounting &
monitoring.
5. Budgeting and cost controlling
6. Handling statutory audits under Companies Act &
Income Tax Act. Internal Controls.
7. Inventory management
REQUIREMENTS : 1) CA / CWA
2) Minimum 5+ years experience in Finance,
Essentials Accounting and controlling function.
3) Work experience in a Car Dealership would
be an advantage.
4) Good Managerial, interpersonal and
communication skills

5) Interests on TEAM development

6) Language profiency :
Minimum : Kannada, English, Hindi

Desirables - Knowledge of Mobile apps, Power point

presentation, Sales / Marketing of services
- Willing to travel
