Position Accounts& Finance Manager


Reporting to (CFO)
Experience 3 to 5 Year,
Minimum Qualification Chartered Accountant

Job Objective:

The Accounts & Finance Manager is responsible for achieving accountability for all
financial transactions, ensure internal control, ensure cost control, ensure statutory
compliance, and manage day to day accounting activities and reporting.

To sustain the process standards by imbibing continuous improvement culture

Primary responsibility:

Key activities
1. Managing accounting and documentation activities
2. Managing banking activities
3. Managing Payments activities
4. Managing Tax/Statutory compliance
5. Managing ROC compliance
6. Attending Audit requirements
7. Attending Assessment related activities
8. Management reporting
9. Cash verification and control
10. Ensures all the accounting process is IT enabled (where applicable).
11. Ensures All department personals are well trained and effectively using existing
ERP software.
Secondary (Desirable):
12. Attending activities like rating activities of CRISIL, ICRA, CIBIL, etc.
13. Providing necessary information to Finance team with respect to loan
processing documents relating to financials, projections, provisions and etc.
14. Various calculation with respect to accounting, budgeting, ledger clarification
with third party etc.
15. Conducting/organizing group discussions with team members
16. Companies incorporation, takeover, Dematerialization
17. Fund management
18. Documentation and filling of all above work
