Philosophy of Education

I believe that every student learns differently, and has needs, and as a teacher, I need to

adjust my teaching styles to accommodate the needs of all students. I will have classroom rules,

and procedures in place, and discipline when these are not followed to ensure a safe ,and

enjoyable environment for all students. I will be professional, and always try my best to make

sure there is a good home-school connection. I believe a classroom should always feel like a

safe, open place, where students feel comfortable, and feel that they can say what they feel.

Bulletin boards, classroom set up, and lesson plans will assist in creating a cheerful, comfortable,

and organized environment for students to learn in. I believe it is my job as an educator to be

comforting, and understanding, help students through problems, and teach them life skills, and

skills they need to reach their full potential.
