Observations made during the recent site visit after removal of
formwork:
Honeycomb formations were observed in landing of the
staircase. Effect of improper vibrations was observed at the
column-beam junction. Wooden planks were left inside the

beam. Acro-spans are horizontal supports and Acro-props are
the vertical supports. Proper oiling should be done for ease of
removal of formwork. Lateral supports were observed for the
beam formwork. In case of staircase acro-props must be
perpendicular unlike observed.
