This is to draw your kind attention and take this opportunity to request you
for your kind consideration and implementation as early as possible.

1) We being Senior Citizens would prefer morning hour’s timings to extend

till 10am. and evening till 8.30pm.

2) All though morning hours timing are till 9am noticed many time the
water sprinkles are in operation even before above time. The water
sprinkles are with full of dirty water with bad odor and nobody prefers
to stay in the garden during that time. The water is not only dirty; it’s
unhygienic and harmful in all respect.

3) Also noticed sweepers are done during their job during visiting hours.
Sweepers are polluting the air and disturbing the morning walkers.

4) Ideal time of Water Sprinklers is during late evening i.e. 9pm and not
during hot son since it is harmful for the trees/plants.

5) Water reservoir’s/ponds are uncleaned and accumulated with

Garbage’s. This leads to unhygienic & bad odor in the garden

We, request you to kindly extend the timings, avoid water sprinklers &
sweeping during garden visiting hours, maintain clean water reservoir’s/ponds
and water the garden after sunset or before sunrise.
