Hi, Tom. Yeah, it's me. I've been out looking at offices to rent this morning, but I've not seen
anything for less than a thousand that would suit us.

But the agent's just brought me to one of those shared workspace places. The place I'm in now
would cost about 350 a month between us which is a lot cheaper than renting our own office.

But the agent says we'd basically get a desk each with storage and a super-fast connection. But the
desks are in a huge kind of open-plan converted warehouse space, and there are breakout areas
and meeting rooms, so it would be easy to see clients

And, there's a kitchen with free coffee all day and secure bike parking. And he says there are
regular business networking opportunities and frequent development events. That would work for
