    OCCUPATIONAL STRESS MANAGEMENT IN

    ARMY

    ABSTRACT: It is well known that the army is a very stressful


    environment. The employees of National Defense Ministry in
    Romania are facing a lot of stressful situations caused by the
    threatened they are exposed in operating theatres. The impact of
    this profession is affecting every/each category of personal
    including privates, NCO’s and officers professional life and
    personal life. Anxiety is a consequence of a stressful life they have
    in operating theatres, that affects in proportion of 45 % from
    combat veterans. Also another result of a stressful profession can
    be a low job satisfaction.
