Recipe of Fruit Cream
Ingredients :
Amul cream / Fresh cream – 2 cups
Powdered Sugar – As per taste
Chopped dry fruits – almonds, cashews, raisins, pistachios
Fresh fruits (chopped) – banana, apple, pineapple, pomegranate, kiwi,
cheeku and mango
Lemon juice – ½ spoon (optional)
Method:
In a big bowl, add the cream and whip the cream with electric beater.
After that add sugar whip again till it gets thick and foamy.
Add chopped fruits, chopped dry fruits and mix it with serving spoon.
Transfer in a serving dish and freeze it for minimum 2 hrs.
Decorate it with chocolate syrup and any other crush.
Add fruit slices and serve.
