Fruit Cream Recipe

Serve : 4 people Time Limit: 15 mints.

Ingredients :
 Amul cream / Fresh cream – 2 cups
 Powdered Sugar – As per taste
 Chopped dry fruits – almonds, cashews, raisins, pistachios
 Fresh fruits (chopped) – banana, apple, pineapple, pomegranate, kiwi,
cheeku and mango
 Lemon juice – ½ spoon (optional)

Method:
 In a big bowl, add the cream and whip the cream with electric beater.
 After that add sugar whip again till it gets thick and foamy.
 Add chopped fruits, chopped dry fruits and mix it with serving spoon.
 Transfer in a serving dish and freeze it for minimum 2 hrs.
 Decorate it with chocolate syrup and any other crush.
 Add fruit slices and serve.
