Grade: 3-5 Facilitate Web meetings Ex. Google Doc Ease of use: 2, after the teacher has instructed students on how to use Google Docs, they find their way around and enjoy using it. Cost: free to use Implementation: 2, once it is shown to students, they are able to send emails, save documents, chat with others and so much more. Ease of modification: 1, everything is inputted by the teacher/student and then can be used immediately or changed as the teacher sees fit. Study Island Ease of use: 2, teacher shows/tells students what analyzing assessments lessons to complete and they navigate to the desired lesson. This can be used from either the school or the home setting. Cost: $300 per student, paid by the school district Implementation: 2, Once the teacher opens the lesson this can be accessed immediately. Maintenance: Updated via Study Island. Ease of modification: 1, The teacher can control when the lessons are open, and reopen lessons as necessary. They are not capable of changing any information, but Study Island provides many variations/examples of a lesson. Study Island is legal and ethical in terms of technology usage.
