To whom it may concern,

I have had the pleasure of supervising Rochelle Wolfe since summer of 2018 at Community
Assessment and Treatment Services. . As an intern with A/B residential, Rochelle assisted with
and carried out a multitude of clinical services. These services include facilitating groups,
conducting assessments, individual counseling, and documentation. Michelle also worked very
closely with counselors to develop therapeutic interventions to be used in a group setting.
I was very impressed by Rochelle’s strong clinical skills especially in terms of building rapport .
with clients and conducting a thorough assessment. Rochelle has the ability to utilize
motivational interviewing techniques has a strong understanding of CBT methods. In addition to
this, Rochelle excels at providing accurate documentation reflecting interactions with clients.
Rochelle was able to implement skills learned in the classroom into clinical work and can
ethically provide service.
I believe that Rochelle will excel in this the field of Chemical dependency counseling and would
gladly recommend her for employment. Rochelle shows a genuine care and interest for the well-
being of our clients and this can be seen in the quality of her work. Rochelle often went above
and beyond to advocate for client’s wellbeing and provide hope to client’s who were struggling.
Please feel free to contact me at pglass@communityassessment.org for any questions of
